I just had the best experience with this Waverii listing in Galicia. He helped me out so much: we did some personalized coaching, went surfing, he also filled me in on my best bets for beaches throughout my stay, how the winds hit, (it was such a tricky place to forecast, so many nooks and crannies) but also restaraunt recommendations, places to watch the sunset, and bit of history. Such a beautiful place, I got to experience so much more of it because of this service. Really rad to connect with a local and get a deeper understanding of the life and surf culture there to appreciate it even more. It really added such a depth and wonder to my trip I wouldn’t have been able to achieve on my own. Thanks, Jasper!

I spent a Saturday morning with Michael, he took me to view multiple breaks in and around Santa Cruz and his knowledge of the area and focus on safety were tremendously evident. Also a real cool dude with lots of interests like photography, I will be using Michael’s services again!

I met Jeff through an Alzheimer's support group that I attend. I can't say enough good things about his positive approach, understanding demeaner and ability to distill an issue to a common sense and caring observation and/or suggestion. He leads the group with an all inclusive vibe where everyone is free to share their thoughts without judgement. I look forward to attending this group every month, and miss it when I can not attend, and this is because of Jeff's approach 100%! Surfing has been a topic woven into many group sessions and it is obvisously one of Jeff's passions. I can only imagine how positive of an experience he will make Surf & Solace for all that are fortunate to partake in its program.

This is my go-to spot in La Libertad. Right in front of the point, you can surf, eat, and chill all day. The staff is amazing, the food is delicious, and the rooms are comfortable with AC. Highly recommended!

Jamil is as local as they come. He’s from Las Salinas, worked at Popoyo Surf Lodge, and knows exactly how to put you on the best waves. He’s an amazing surf guide, surfer, and fisherman. If you want to get local (and score great waves), Jamil is the one.
