Villas San Lorenzo offers a mix of comfort, location, and surf lifestyle. Our property features three spacious villas (ideal for 4-5 surfers each) plus " The Tiny Home ", a cozy private suite perfect for a solo surfer or couple. Every villa is designed to be your " Home away from Home " no detail is overlooked.
You'll find full kitchens (with everything from French press coffee makers to cooking utensils), washer & dryer, air conditioning, smart TV's, fast Wi-Fi for digital nomads, and King size beds in the master bedrooms.
Upstairs from your bedroom windows or upon walking out onto the balconies you have gorgeous views of the Pacific Ocean, San Lorenzo Cape & the iconic lighthouse.
The property is built around a large pool with a jacuzzi, the perfect place to cool off after surf sessions or relax under Manabi sun. Our poolside common area includes a barbecue and outdoor kitchen, where you can grill up the day's fresh catch or have our local cook prepare you a meal. Right beside it, the sunken lounge den with a U shaped couch invites you to relax with music or watch live World Surf League events or even NFL football games on the big screen.
If that is not your speed, you can use our yoga space to hide from the hot midday sun and practice your meditation or just hang out in a hammock in the shade.

House keeping service is provided every other day, but we ask that you keep the villas tidy, avoid leaving food or trash outside (to prevent local animals from visiting), and respect shared spaces, clean up after yourself at all times.
Quiet hours are after 11pm. No parties or unauthorized visitors unless cleared but the owners. (You can put in a request)
Description
Nestled along the pristine beaches of San Lorenzo in Manta-Manabi, Ecuador, our villas are steps away from uncrowded A-frame beach break waves that peel right onto the sand. Overlooking the iconic lighthouse on the mountain, this stretch of coastline is home to sea turtles, a hidden waterfall, miles of empty beaches, and playful howler monkeys located in the nearby hills of the Pacoche Reserve.
More importantly our location sits between two key surf zones in Manabi which happen to be the most sought after waves on the coast during the Surf season here in Ecuador. One being Ecuadors best beach break with perfect right and left barrels and when it's on it is as good as anywhere in the world. The other is just outside Manta which is 15 minutes North of our Villas, offering literally 4 left point breaks within 5 minutes of each other. If we really want to we can head into the city of Manta think old school (San Diego) small coastal city with jetty waves and beach breaks, we have it all in this zone.
Not to mention you will fly into the new International airport in Manta. You can connect from anywhere in the world into Panama then a short 1.5 flight into Manta where we can pick you up and have you in the water as soon as you land or we go back to home base only 25 minutes away to get you settled in before a ton of surfing.

About the Area
San Lorenzo is still a relatively undiscovered surf beach by foreigners with its white sand, home to Ecuador's largest mainland sea turtle refuge - you'll often spot sea turtle nests right on the same beach you are surfing at. Just minutes away is the Pacoche Reserve, where guided tours let you see howler monkeys, tarantulas, and a wide variety of endemic birds. Behind our villas, hiking trails lead to scenic lookouts, the historic lighthouse, and even a hidden seasonal waterfall just a short 10 minute hike into the jungle.
For more adventure we can arrange fishing and diving tours, or if you prefer taking some time away from the surf, a world-class private golf course is only 20 minutes from our villas - uncrowded, in near perfect shape always and considered to be one of the best in Ecuador (rental clubs available).
For dining, nightlife, and shopping, San Lorenzo is a quiet sleepy village but the vibrant Manta City is just 25 minutes away to explore.
