All users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of information, qualifications, certifications, and the legitimacy of services before engaging. Waverii does not conduct background checks or independently verify any user-submitted credentials or claims.
  • Payments & Transactions:
    Waverii does not process payments, hold funds, or serve as an escrow service. All financial transactions, including payments, deposits, and refunds, are arranged directly between the service seeker and the service provider. Users are strongly encouraged to confirm payment terms, methods, and conditions clearly before engaging in any transaction. Waverii is not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from off-platform financial transactions.
  • Cancellations & Refunds:
    Each surf service provider sets their own cancellation, rescheduling, and refund policies. It is the responsibility of the service seeker to review and agree to these terms prior to booking. Waverii does not mediate disputes or guarantee refunds.
  • Community Standards & Conduct:
    All users are expected to adhere to Waverii’s Community Guidelines and Anti-Discrimination Policy, which promote respectful communication, safe practices, environmental stewardship, and inclusive engagement. Discrimination, harassment, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the platform.
