Waverii facilitates connections between travelers and independent service providers and may enable payment processing through integrated third-party providers (such as Stripe).
Payment handling depends on whether a provider uses integrated payment processing or arranges payments independently. When integrated payment processing is used, transactions are processed securely through third-party payment processors.
Waverii does not act as a bank, escrow service, financial institution, or party to transactions between users.
How Bookings Are Paid
- Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.
- Travelers pay at the time of booking using supported payment methods.
- Applicable processing fees are determined by the payment provider and may vary.
Waverii does not store full payment details and does not act as a financial institution.
How Providers Receive Payments
Service providers on Waverii are independent businesses. Waverii facilitates bookings and payment processing but does not control or guarantee payments.
Automated Payouts (Stripe Connect – Recommended)
Providers who connect a Stripe account may receive automated payouts:
- Payments are processed and distributed through Stripe
- Funds are sent directly to the provider’s account
- Payout timing is determined by Stripe and may vary
If a provider does not connect Stripe:
- Waverii does not process payments on behalf of the provider
- Payments must be arranged directly between the provider and the traveler
- Providers are solely responsible for collecting payment and managing their own payment methods
- Waverii is not involved in payment processing, payouts, or financial transactions in these cases
- Any payments made outside the platform are at the sole risk of the users involved
Waverii does not act as a bank, escrow service, payment intermediary, or party to transactions between users.
Earnings & Payout Tracking
Providers may track activity through their dashboard, including:
- Bookings
- Earnings
- Pending balances
- Payout history
Balances marked as “paid” may reflect payouts processed through third-party systems or outside the platform.
Platform Fees
Waverii operates on a low-fee model:
- Payment processing fees are applied by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe)
- Waverii may charge platform fees or commissions, which will be clearly disclosed
- Third-party processing fees are separate from any Waverii fees

- Providers who do not use automated payout systems may experience delays
- Waverii is not responsible for payment processing errors, delays, disputes, or failures caused by third-party providers or off-platform transactions.
