These Provider Terms & Responsibilities supplement Waverii’s Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service govern.
Waverii is a marketplace that connects travelers with independent surf and travel service providers.
We do not own, operate, or manage any services listed on the platform.
By creating or maintaining a listing on Waverii, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions
- “Provider” means any individual or business offering services on Waverii
- “Service Seeker” means any user booking or engaging services
- “Listing” means your profile, offerings, and related content
- “Services” means any surf-related or travel-related offerings listed on Waverii
2. Eligibility
By listing services on Waverii, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years old
Have all required licenses, permits, and insurance - Have the authority to offer your services
- Are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
3. Your Responsibilities
As a Provider on Waverii, you are solely responsible for:
- The accuracy and completeness of your listings
- The delivery and quality of your services
- Compliance with all applicable laws, permits, and regulations
- The safety and well-being of your clients
- Managing cancellations, refunds, and disputes
- Communicating clearly and professionally with clients
You operate independently and are not an employee, agent, or representative of Waverii.
Waverii does not verify, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the legality, safety, or quality of any services.
4. Listings & Content
You agree to ensure that your listings:
- Are accurate, up to date, and not misleading
- Clearly describe your services, pricing, and availability
- Do not infringe on any third-party rights
- Reflect the actual experience you provide
Waverii reserves the right to remove or modify listings that violate these standards.
5. Payments & Fees
- Providers are responsible for their own pricing, policies, and transaction terms.
- Waverii may offer tools or integrations to facilitate payments through third-party providers. Waverii does not process payments, hold funds, or manage disputes between users.
6. Platform Role
- Waverii is a neutral marketplace that connects Service Seekers with independent Providers.
- We do not provide, operate, or control any services listed on the platform. All services are offered by independent third parties.
7. Conduct & Standards
Providers agree to:
- Communicate honestly and professionally
- Deliver services as described in their listings
- Treat clients with respect and without discrimination
- Comply with all applicable laws and community standards
Failure to meet these standards may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
8. Safety & Risk
- Surfing and travel activities involve inherent risks.
- Providers are responsible for operating safely and clearly communicating any risks to clients. You are solely responsible for your services and any associated risks.
9. Child Protection & Safeguarding
If your services involve minors, you agree to:
- Obtain appropriate parental or guardian consent
- Follow all applicable laws and safeguarding requirements
- Take reasonable steps to ensure the safety and well-being of minors
10. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of your content.
- By publishing on Waverii, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your listings.
11. Changes to Terms
Waverii may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Acceptance
By creating or maintaining a listing on Waverii, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
13. Ethical Conduct
Providers must:

14. International & Cultural Responsibility
Providers must comply with applicable laws and respect local communities, cultures, and environments.
Exploitative, harmful, or unethical practices are not permitted.
