The house has a total of 3-5 rooms that can be rented as private rooms.
Each room has his private complete bathroom, storage spaces and 2 double beds.
In each room you will find 2 mats and cubes for training or yoga.
The commun kitchen in the huge terrace offers a big fridge to share. And all facilities to cook.
Large commun terraces for yoga or gym practice or relax in hammacas.
Terrace with view to the Ocean and jungle with open commun kitchen and dinner area.

Description
Our prime location allows you to Surf The famed spots k61 and k59 at 5 minutes and 10 minutes each by car, and explore other surf spots around.
Shalpa beach is the next beach after k61 and is part of the same biodiversity.
You can surf all you want and relax after that in this beautiful house. Taking in mind to surf eat and sleep !
In El Salvadorfor for all levels and beginners the best time for surfing is november to february. You can enjoy funny waves from 3-4ft clean and offshore all day.
Then from March to October is the period for experimented surfers and you can surf waves from 5-12ft.
Shalpa is known as a private beach of black and fine sand all year, perfect for families. The private residence provides a natural and secure environment for you to disconnect and to relax.
The house was built in 2024 in a minimalist Swiss style in the middle of a protected jungle, at 5 minutes walk from the private Beach.
We offer a lap pool for training and relaxing.
You can find restaurants in the area and some of them can do delivery for all meals in Shalpa.
About the Area
