The Blue Wave Incubator is a 7-day surf immersion retreat taking place in El Salvador from January 14–20, 2027.
Designed for all experience levels, this intimate retreat is limited to just 8 participants and combines surfing, yoga, breathwork, astrology, and community connection in one of the world's most vibrant surf destinations.
Whether you're catching your first wave or deepening an existing surf practice, you'll enjoy daily surf sessions, movement practices, nervous system regulation, personal growth experiences, and meaningful connection with a small group of fellow participants.

Special Instructions / Notes
This retreat is open to all surfing abilities, including complete beginners. Surf instruction, accommodations, meals, airport transfers, yoga, breathwork, astrology sessions, and community experiences are included.
Participants should bring comfortable clothing, swimwear, sunscreen, and an open mind. A $500 deposit secures your spot. Space is limited to maintain an intimate group experience.

I've never surfed before. Is this retreat for me?
Absolutely yes. Many women arrive having never touched a surfboard. El Salvador's warm, forgiving Pacific waves are some of the best beginner conditions in the world, and our local instructors are patient, encouraging, and excellent. You will be on a board on your first day.
What is the group size?
Small and intimate by design — 8 spots available. The container is held tight on purpose; deep work happens when women feel truly seen. You'll get personal attention from Jordan and the facilitators throughout the week.
What does the $500 deposit cover, and is it refundable?
The $500 deposit is non-refundable. It secures your spot and allows us to plan with certainty and reserve your accommodation. After the deposit, you'll choose to pay the remaining $3,150 in full, or spread it across three monthly payments of $1,050. Full balance is due before the retreat begins.
Is airfare to El Salvador included?
No — airfare to San Salvador (SAL) is on you. Once you land, we handle everything: airport transfers, accommodation, all meals, all activities. Travel insurance is recommended but not required.
Is El Salvador safe?
Yes. The retreat takes place in one of the country's most established surf regions, and El Salvador today is one of the safest countries in Central America. Our property is private and secured, and we handle all in-country transportation. Many of our participants travel solo and have only positive things to say.
