Yoniswell: [yó - né - swell] : a space for healing and empowering the soul through our innate connection with the ocean. It is a space for RETURNING TO ONE’S NATURE. The word Yoni in Sanskrit means womb and creativity. This is life force energy to create from within.
The foundation of Yoniswell, created by Jordan Auten was built on the desire to heal and empower the soul through the sport of surfing.
Today, we integrate surfing as a somatic movement, the ocean, our connection to Nature, and the cosmic wisdom of the stars to guide us in restoring our nature and awakening our Divine Feminine.
Jordan is a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee supervised by a Licensed Professional, Evolutionary Astrologer, and Advanced Reiki Practitioner holding a space for others to creatively self actualize the life they desire while restoring and returning to their nature.
Intuitive surf coaching is a way to increase your confidence. A method to apply that creates space for you to own a deep knowing and trust that you are safe, to have the skill set to manage your surfing ability, to improve, and to have fun while doing it.
Throughout our sessions, we learn about these energy systems,
what they represent, their wisdom, how it shows up in your body’s consciousness and in your everyday life.
Our bodies are the most advanced technology we have
and will tell us everything we need to know as long as we are listening and able to tune in.
In the process of elevating your surf skills by implementing knowledge around the 7 chakra system, I educate you on ways to increase strength and endurance through strength and conditioning movements.
