
I am a Pilates, Yoga and HIIT Instructor — and also a dedicated surfer. I lead group classes that focus on full body strength, mobility, and recovery - everything surfers need to move better in the water and recover faster on land.
Classes are open to all levels — surfers, travelers, locals alike, and designed to support an active lifestyle. Each session is created mindfully based on who shows up and what’s happening in the ocean. Typically, with big swell classes focus more on mobility and recovery, if it’s flat we turn up the intensity. Modifications are always offered so everyone gets what they need.
The schedule shifts with the tides each week and posted weekly on Instagram (@lowtidetraining), so you can train, sweat, and stretch without missing good waves.
Location is available on google maps. Each class is $10pp and after you come to four, your fifth one is free!
