Ocealen is born of a need to share a passion and spread love and peace of mind. After years of self doubt and hurting, letting go of fear and embracing life and nature has lead me to yoga. I spent hours and hours training, and getting the 200H YTT certificate, and finally feel ready to share what I’ve learned. Growth is never ending and I will never be done learning, sharing this passion with you is a blessing and I hope you will get what you’re looking for here.

Each yoga session lasts around 40 minutes to 1 hour, including deep stretches, breathing, long poses and relaxation. Working on the deep inner muscles and within your limits. We’re all different and all have different needs, I will do everything I can to make your session work aligned with your body.

Born in 2022, « Arrebak » meaning Sisters in Basque was born from a need to share our family’s love and respect for the Ocean to the world. Based in Mboro-sur-Mer, Thies, SENEGAL, the surfhouse is the very first on La Grande Côte of Mboro. In Mboro’s beach village, most locals don’t know what surf is, we’re the pioneers in the region and aim to bring surf culture to this amazing village our family’s been coming to since the 80s. Unsurfed area, beach breaks everywhere, spots just waiting to be surfed, and spots names imagined little by little. With two existing: « The Frontyard » right in front of the surfhouse, and « G-SPOT », surfed for the first time by Gryff Kadoni, young traveller from New Zealand and one of our very first clients!! Living the search like in the old days 🤙🏽
