There’s a cozy outdoor dining area for breakfast or coffee on the balcony, a wetsuit drying rack, outdoor shower, and private parking for easy access with boards and gear. You’ll also have access to the BBQ area, perfect for post-surf meals with friends, plus hammocks to relax under the sun or stars, and a convenient outdoor shower to rinse off after your session.
Oh, and one more thing – our free-roaming garden rabbits add a unique, peaceful vibe to the place. It’s like staying in a surf-friendly farm by the sea.

01. PARTIES

Please respect the neighbors' peace.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
02. NO SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed indoors.
Do not throw cigarette butts, food, or objects at the animals.
Please use the trash cans or ashtrays.
03. DOCUMENTATION
A valid passport or government-issued ID must be shown at check-in.
04. PLANTS
If your stay is extended or you notice they need it, please water the plants.
05. CHILDREN

Do not leave children unattended on the terrace.

Please report any damage immediately.

After surfing, kick back and relax with panoramic sunsets from the house, fresh produce from our garden and organic veggie patch (help yourself to strawberries, lettuce, and tomatoes!), and plenty of open space to breathe, stretch, and connect.
There are also countless scenic hiking trails around the area for your rest days.

He has worked extensively with adapted surfers and is a 2-time Pantín Classic champion coach in the blind surfing category. As a licensed physiotherapist and personal trainer, Jasper combines technical surf coaching with physical training and injury prevention to help surfers progress safely and efficiently.
