We offer all-in-one packages so you don’t have to worry about planning. Stay in our beautiful seaside accommodation of Wave Maze and enjoy the ocean right at your doorstep. Choose between surf lessons with our experienced instructors or simply rent quality surf equipment – from boards and wetsuits to wax, we’ve got you covered.
Our Surf & Stay Packages:
Package 1: 3 nights + 2 surf lessons
Package 2: 5 nights + 3 surf lessons
Package 3: 7 nights + 4 surf lessons

Based on the small and quiet island of Maio, Cape Verde, our surf school is the first and only one on the island — created by a Cape Verdean-German duo. Our mission goes beyond teaching people to surf: We empower local youth through free surf lessons, foster cross-cultural connections between visitors and locals, and create meaningful experiences that connect people to nature and each other. With a focus on community, sustainability, and authentic island life, we believe that every wave is a chance to shape futures.
