At Waverii, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your Waverii merchandise, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Return and Refund Policy
Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 21 days of receiving your order. This allows Printful to coordinate with our third-party distributor, Printful, which has a 30-day return policy.
To initiate a return, please direct all inquiries to Printful with the following details:
- Full Name (First and Last)
- Order Number (Receipt or proof of purchase)
- Clear Photos of the misprinted, damaged, or defective item(s)
Once they receive this information, they will initiate the return process. Please note that returns will not be accepted if the merchandise has been altered, washed, or modified from its original condition or intended use.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted within 21 days of the estimated delivery date. Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified via email.
